Arrow Dizzyness - room-spinning

Ok for the past two days now whenever I lay down, the room spins. Even when I turn off the light or close my eyes. You'd think when I close my eyes I wouldn't see anythign spinning but it FEELS like the world in moving indepenantly of me and it makes me sick to my stomach. When I stand up it spins for a whle but goes away in a few minutes. Is this just a anxitety thing or the flu or something else? It's make it really hard to go to sleep...

Thanks for any input on this.

Re: Dizzyness - room-spinning

it could be vertigo, caused by an inner ear infection or fluid in the inner ear. i just went thru almost 2 weeks of this myself. you should go to the doctor for this as he can give you a perscription to help you. good luck

Try a decongestant. That is one thing a doctor will tell you to take for virtigo.

Re: Dizzyness - room-spinning

hmmm that's interesting about the wheat thing. Only this has never happened to be before and I dont think I've eatten anything I haven't before, but I'll think about it.
And thanks for the suggestion about the decongestant. I'll try it.
