Dizziness

I had this weird dizzy spell that came on and went within just a minute but I got extremely dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out when I burped up some air.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
It was very scary
I am still lightheaded and get dizzy if I move my head to fast.

Re: Dizziness

i have a condition that doctors have yet to figure out. i've gone to neurogologists, cardiologists.. blood tests.. the works! what happens: i get very dizzy all of a sudden to the point i feel like i am going to black out. i sometimes do. but, the difference wth what happens to me (in comparison to a regular person blacking out) is that i can't see, can't move, but i can hear and am completly aware of everything that is happening around me. if this has ever happened to you, and doctor's figure it out, you should leave a post just in case i catch it! lol... honnestly, dizziness can derive froma bunch of things.. from being tired, stressed, getting up too fast, cutting off circulation.... my advice is eat a healthy diet, excercise regularly, don't get up too fast.. and if you feel like you're going to fall, get down as fast as you can so you don't hit your head in case you do fall.
