General yukky feeling

Can anyone give any reasons as to why some days I will get up and have a nausea feeling (mild) all day long? I started out with a headache, then it kind of went away but then came the nausea. I just felt kind of yukky today. Could it be lack of vitamins, not enough water, food allergy, neck and back out of place, tastebud irritation frequently lately, gees....

Re: General yukky feeling

Wish I did. I think (especially waking up with a headache) is something going on in our sleep. I also take blood pressure meds. I am going to a sleep study next-Ive been tested for everything else. Alot goes on in your sleep you may not know about that could wreak havoc all day....

Re: General yukky feeling

I feel nauseous pretty often for no particular reason and even get headaches that I can't explain. I generally write everything off to sinus problems. The weather directly effects my general health from day to day, and I'm sure a lot of other people experience the same ups and downs simply from the weather. That may be something to look into.
