Yes, I had this problem but only in my right hand and fingers. I asked every doc I saw for the last ten years and they all had various theories, none of which had cures.
This past year I saw a physical therapist for a totally unrelated problem. During one of my visits, I mentioned the shaking to her. She immediately knew what is was and what to do. I can't remember the specifics but she worked on the area in my armpit and shoulder. The shaking is gone! So, my advice is to see a physical therapist.
