I have a painless, tiny lump about 1/4 of an inch above my navel and about 3/4 of an inch underneath the skin. It feels firm and almost fribrous-like, but I can only feel it if I press hard enough. It's really only noticeable with the tip of my finger and I can only feel it when I'm lying flat on my back and my abs are relaxed. Anyone else have this? Is this just part of the navel or something else? I'm a 38-year old male with no excessive abdominal fat.
