Re: LCL/Knee Problems?
I suggest you see an orthopedic surgeon, who may need you to get a mri done. When the surgeon moves around your leg, he/she will get some idea as to what is wrong. But the mri will show for sure.
I tore my ACL in November of last year and I still managed to get around w/o too much pain, but I certainly couldn't push off the leg the same as I use to. As a result, I finally had my ACL redconstructed this week. The whole process has taken way too long. The longer you wait, the longer it will take for you to get better. Even if you didn't tear any ligaments, you may need some physical therapy due to some damage you have. If you allow your knee cap to continue moving around like that, you may further damage some of your meniscus.
