Banged Head Bad, Still Hurts, Ouch - General Health Message Board

Hi,

I banged my head so hard on a hanging glass lamp in my house 3 nights ago and boy does it still hurt, it is very tender to the touch, there was a little bump on my forehead for the first day, but now it just hurts, it couldn't have been too bad though as I don't have any bruising and my headache has gone.

I can't believe it, I actually seen stars and birds, I don't know of anyone who has ever hurt themselves bad, but it is true, you see stars and birds.

I just wanted to vent, I can't believe how dumb I am and how I still hurt.

My husband is still laughing.

I have heard of many people seeing stars after banging their head. Never heard about the birds! Ha! But I'm sure you'll be sore for a few days.
