Hi there, have you used eye drops to help your dry eyes? Do use them if you haven't and if the symptoms persist, do go and consult a doctor. It might be that you don't blink enough and therefore your eye doesn't get moist enough. I know it sounds stupid but some people don't blink their eyes enough and it gets dry easily.
However, sometimes dry eyes can be caused by autoimmune problems like Sjgorens or perhaps just a blocked tear duct.
If it's allergies, usually the eyes will water instead of drying up but I can't confirm on that point here. Air-conditioning and the environment does affect on the amount of moisture your eyes have and needs. Especially in air-con places, your eyes tend to dry faster. If your area is less humid and the air is dryer, your eyes could suffer too. I hope this helps and good luck to you!!!
Remember the eye drops.
