I was thinking about going to massage therapy because the chiropractor I saw did nothing for me accept give me migraines. I was wondering if anyone has found this helpful for chronic neck pain, misalignment, etc and id there were any side effects? Thanks a lot

Re: massage therapy

Actually a certified massage therapist can relieve a lot of discomfort as well as reduce stress. You may also want to consider acupuncture if you are interested in teh holistic side of things. chris
