Drink pure cranberry juice that you get from a health food store, not the grocery store. You can dilute it a little and add a little sweetener. The grocery store brands are so diluted with water, other juices and sugar that you will not get the same benefits.
You can get pure cranberry juice or cranberry concentrate. Just follow the directions on the bottle for correct dilution. Personally, I drink 8oz a day for it's diuretic properties (I have HBP) as well as it's ability to rid the body of cellulite.
My granddaughter has had several uti's, as a child, and this juice has helped her a lot.
