About 6 months ago I tested positive for H Pyori in my gut following admoninal pains and Nausea. I was treated with anitbiotics and after an endoscopy pronounced fit and well. I only mention the latter in case its related to what follows. About 3 months ago the Nausea started to return at the same time as I started to suffer from what appeared to be anal fissures. Whilst the fissures appear to have cleared up somewhat, the area around my back passage still appears red and inflammed and my motions vary from normal to almost runny. The doctor described it as excoriated (meaning chaffed) The nausea has got worse and I notice it most after I have had a BM as if my gut is so empty that its making feel sick. I have not yet vomited but some days I just don't feel like going to work. Is the nausea being caused by stress from worrying as to why my rear won't clear up or is it related to something physical. A stool test showed negative for parasites and I am awaiting the results of a blood occult test although I have not noted any in my motions. Any words of reassurance would be most welcome.
