head aches
hi, every now n then when im listning to music, with ear phones, i'll get ear ache and a head ache, does anyone know why this is and how i can stop it?

Perhaps your listening to your music too loudly? Or wearing the head phones too tightly?

i thought bout the loudness....so ive turned it down alot than it used to be, so i dont think its that...and its like ear plug type things....so...
