Question Blood rushes to the head

Hi, I'm new
I have a question..I have been having what feels like blood rushes to my head..It happens when my friend massages the back of my neck and shoulders..I get this intense pressure in my head like it's gonna pop..Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna have a stroke or something..The intense feeling stays with me for about 1/2 hour..But for the most part it stays with me all day..I've had my carotid artery checked..Brain scan..Stress test 3 years ago although I didn't have this much of a problem back then..I have TMJ and Scoliosis and wondering if that has anything to do with it. I dunno.. I would like to see a specialist but don't know who to go to because my doctor doesnt know what's wrong with me. I'm getting tired of paying him with no results..
ANY HELP is appreciated!
Thank You
