Internal vibration in right calve/thigh?

I've had this for about a day or so now. I was having probs with a twitch at my eyebrows and my fingers. And now this...

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Re: Internal vibration in right calve/thigh?

I have gotten this too. I really think it is the same thing as the other twitches, just feels different because of the location. I would not worry about it as it has never hurt me, just drives you a little nuts. Muscle twitching anywhere is harmless and I got that answer from my Moms Neurologist.

Many people has chronic muscle twitching. Don't worry, muscle twitching almost always benign disorder only if you feel that something wrong in your nerves you should meet neurologist.

I always got twitching in my eyelid for several days everytime I spent too much time in front of my computer.

Good luck

Ok good information.

Although the vibration/tingling/shaking/whatever is driving me nuts. It feels like its really buried in the muscle or something. I'm going to try and make an appointment tomorrow. This is making me insane.

Re: Internal vibration in right calve/thigh?

I did some further research on this and came across the possibility that I may have a B12, potassium, and magnesium deficiency in my diet. So Ill be getting some vitamins to see if that helps me out.

Yup I took a vitamin pack (Total vitamins). It helped out greatly. I'm guessing I was in fact having a vitamin deficiency.
