| dunno where to post this so here i go (Ideal Weight)
Im a 16 year old guy and play football. Im 5'7 maybe 5'8 and weigh between 145-155 pounds. Is this weight healthy? I do alot of weights and running but i still hear sometimes from people, "damn you gotten skinny". I know im skinny,but i have a lean build,and im very strong. (im so modest). Only got 9% body fat. Should i be weighing more or im actually above ideal body weight? Even though those extra pounds are healthy =). Just been wondering
