Lovable~shell

I don't know if this is normal, or if i should be worried about this. But every once and awhile i have this kinda weird feeling(its hard to explain) in various parts of my body most commom in my arms and legs(sometimes in one of my eyes for just my right side of my lip! It's like.....try to imagine you can feel a clogged blood vessel and you can feel the blood all of a sudden break through thousands of times or just one large one in one of your limbs(it doesn't hurt but its there). Thats the best i can describe it and has gone on for years, and often when this occurs, the blood vessels most visible on my hands and feet seem larger. I am a 15yr old female 110pounds, 5'5''(just barely underweight, but naturally) with a history of heartdisease and diabetes. Also i have a small case of hemihypertrophy.
