how should i treat a pulled arm muscle?
i think i pulled a muscle in my arm throwing a ball last week .. it didn't hurt at the time but a short while after i was in agony. A few days later I then could not do any overarm shots in a game of squash, because the pain had returned, and now it's still here. I presume it's in the tricep region.
I don't want to go to the physio as I've been for several other (more serious) reasons in the past few years, and cannot afford to anyway.
Does anyone know if there's anything I should do? Is doing nothing the best thing for it? Are their exercises I should do? How long will the pain last on average?
