Extreme Fatigue and Achiness

I have been very fatigued and achey. My doctor ordered some lab yesterday to check for arthritis, but it came back negative. I am in my thirties and I don't know what is wrong. For example, I walked up a few steps last week in the movie theater and afterwards, my calves ended up hurting for days and I am a very mobile person and I don't understand why this happened. Yesterday, I was so stiff, I could barely move when I was at work. Does anyone have any insight on what this might be or what other tests I should request for my doctor to do? I also have a hard time getting around after I work out at the gyn. Thanks

Re: Extreme Fatigue and Achiness

I'm probably way out here but its possible you may have EBV and/or Mono. I had extreme stiffness when I had Mono and walked around like a old woman. It may be a good idea getting tested for this. I'm not sure what else it should be. But good luck x

Re: Extreme Fatigue and Achiness

Hi,
I am tired all the time and I have achey legs, espically the knee's, I went to the Doctor and he did a thyroid test and I have an under active thyroid. I'm not on meds due to the fact that I have a goitering thyroid with a growth on it-(they want to wait a few monts to monitor it's procress), I have to have more test's done in November, So because I'm not on the meds, I still have the synptoms. Soemtime's when your legs are achey, if you eat some foods that are high in potassium that dose help. Like a Banana a day.
