weird discharge - General Health Message Board

i came home today and just noticed that my discharge has become clear and gelatine like. I mean, it's like strechy/stringy almost like a puddy. I really don't think this is normal..but i have no clue. maybe i should do see a doctor. (?)

This sounds like ovulation discharge to me. Every woman/girl who has hit puberty experiences this once a month for a few days. Its perfectly normal. It usually looks like a egg-white discharge.

However, if the discharge is smelly, yellowish colour or you are itching down there and you are having discomfort when passing urine, then see your doctor incase its a thrush infection. Which again is very common.

I agree, it sounds like ovulation discharge to me. I never noticed mine until about a year ago, I wonder if as we get older it starts to get more apparant.
As Whitelight says, if it is offensive in some way go to your dr.
