I suppose this is mostly related to anxiety or stress but its also about health in general so I posted it here. Whenever I get stresssed or anxious I have an urge to lie upside down, i've never really understood why but recently i've tried it and I actually find it does make me feel alot better! It helps to alleviate my stress but I was wondering, is it ok to do this? Would lying upside down cause any problems? How long can I do it for? Yes I know this is a weird topic.
