Hey Everyone:

I am a 27 year old male. About a month ago, I was lying in bed and I noticed this little shooting pain in my calf. I did not think much of it. Over the next few weeks the pain moved into my other leg, and eventually the pain was from my knee all way down to my foot, both legs. It has recently in the last two weeks have been doing the same in my arms as well. Sometimes it’s a tingly numbing feeling, other times its actual shooting pains. I have a doc appointment tomorrow, he thinks I might have a pinched nerve or something, can anyone else think of anything it could be? I also have been getting dizzy spells as well…
