My right part of my lower back hurts any time I kneel down/bend over to pick up something super light or just moving side to side. Like a sharp pain for a split second and then goes away. Anyway of me cracking my lower back to see if it helps?? Or anything to help my back?
I go to the chiro, but my daughter likes to self adjust herself.....she'll sit straight in a chair ....reach around and grab the back of the chair and pull....do both sides.
Works like a charm for her....I can heard her back crack.
