Hi all! I'm 21 and...

For some time now i've been feeling weak and sometimes i get some kind of "dizziness". But the worst of all is that everyday (or nearly everyday!) i've got constant headaches. I feel some kind of pressure at the sides of my head (i can always notice and look at my heart beatings there). Also, i can too much easily notice the beatings in my neck (it gets a little anoying), and after doing exercice i notice too much the beatings (i mean, i can feel a little pain from the beatings inside my head)

Also I suffer of a lot of "brain fog" and my sexual drive is very low (after masturbation i always feel bad, and i have to wait 10 days to feel 100% good again).

And last, i always (or nearly always) wake up with headache and pressure in my head.

What could it be? Tomorrow i'm going to the doc. because of the low sexual drive, and i'll get checked my testosterone levels and my thyroid. But could it be a heart problem? I say this because i suffer of PVC's...
