Feels like a "Side Stitch" but won't go away ??

Last night I went to bed, and all of a sudden a pain started on my right side.

It feels just like a side stitch, but it is up higher than a side stitch normally would be. It hurts when I move certain ways, and always hurts when I take a deep breath.

I've had it for about 12 hours now - and am baffled. I didn't do anything strenous last night either...

Does anyone have an idea about this??

Thanks very much.
