| hard painfull lump behind nipple
im a 26 year old male . for the last 2 or 3 months ive got this very painfull hard lump behind my right nipple . my family and friends told me to ignore it and i have. well within the last 2-3 day my nipple and the area around my nipple has swollen up real bad and it feels like the lump is larger . i was wondering if this is something that needs to be looked at or not ? i havent gone to the doctor cause i have no money or insurance .
