Hi,

I have all these symptoms which come up together. Any input would be appreciated.

- Imprints remaining on skin, taking longer to go away. Skin also feels different, like more leathery.
- I feel abnormal 'heat' on my wrists or hands at seemingly random times.
- If I am in a very dark room I can see like 'flashing yellow stars' in my eyes all the time.
- Hands/arms go numb when trying to fall asleep
- I feel generally more prone to panic.

If you have any ideas at all, PLEASE let me know! I am 20 years old, fit, etc.

This thing is driving me crazy.

gotta say that it sounds alot like just general anxiety. i also am 20, and in the same boat as you. some days are worse than others, but im learning to cope, and its slowly going away. my problem is mine is more health related, but i have experienced most of the symptoms that you have, and have been assured by my GP that its all anxiety. try relaxing more, taking your mind off of things, and see if it helps.
