annoying pain in my leg - General Health Message Board

Ok so for about 2days now ive had an ache in the middle of my shin, its not a muscle pain i dont think, its just behind the shin bone. I woke up with it this morning. i also had an ache in my knee and thigh too. ive taken2 paracetamel tablets this evening which havnt worked.
what do you think is causing this annoying pain?

If you have jogged that could do it. Without proper shoe equipment you are askign for trouble.
Other than that,have you been bit by any insects??
