twizliz Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: May 2004 Location: VT Posts: 965	cold/allergies or more I went to the dr last week because of horrible coughing and congestion... wheezing in my chest, et al. I had nasal surgery in March to treat chronic sinus infections. She said that it was all because of horrible allergies, and gave me a steroid shot as I cannot take allergy meds (make me too anxious). Well this when I went to blow my nose, one side was all green discharge and the other was all blood.
