So lately I have noticed that the veins all over my body have become FAR more visible than they ever were before. Arms, legs, chest, everywhere. I don't think I'm just pale....what's the deal?

Nothing to worry about I am sure. Sometimes you just do something different in your life where your blood flow becomes stronger, and that shows, or the skin becomes more stretched cause of work outs and then the veins show more etc.
It could have several harmless reasons. If it really worries you, tell your doc the next time, I am sure he can explain in a minute.

Have you been under a huge amount of stress lately?
The veins on my arms became very noticable last year when I was very stressed out. It lasted awhile, even when I thought I was getting past the stress. It freaked me out, too. Now I'm happier, and the veins are back to normal.
If you know any nurses, have your blood pressure checked.
