| lumps on shins?
Hello, I'm almost 18 years old and for a while I've notices these little lumps on both shins. They are about the size of a nickle and when I press on them, they feel almost grainy. They are only noticeable when I'm putting pressure on my lower legs. Just today, I noticed a larger one. What could these be and should I be worried about them?
