torn calf muscle.
hi
sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but a friend has just torn his calf muscle, hes in great pain, he went to the hospital, to be given pain killers and crutches! i was wondering if anyone can tell me about this injury and what can be done as i dont think the hospital was very informative.
