Do those treatments that 'flush' toxins from your colon work? - General Health Message Board

I've heard a lot about those 30 day treatment pills where you take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night for 30 days. It is supposed to flush out the waste in your colon. They say you can collect up to 10 lbs of waste in your intestines without proper flushing. And after you flush out the toxins, you can loose weight, feel healthier, digest more nutrients, and your waistline can even look slimmer without all the waste gathered there. Does it really work? I just ordered a 30 day treatment online. Haven't received it yet. But hope that it does work.

I'd like to know as well, and what company it is. I've read things about the Colonix (I think that's what it's called) system...but I looked at the pictures and it totally freaked me out!!!! I would pass out if something like that came outa me (plus it's pretty expensive)! (Although I'm sure it's not good being inside you). Anways, I'd like to know as well.

I purchased CleanseSmart, but haven't received it yet. It's $32 for a 30 day package.

I'm supposed to take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night. And it's supposed to work and clean out my toxins in 30 days.

just to let you know if you order it again, I saw many places where the prices were much lower--around $17-20. Just so you know if you order again anytime.

I have a friend who swears by a brand called 4 Total Cleanse by a company called Genesis Today.

She said that since she has been taking it, she has lost 10 pounds. And she said that she feels like she has more energy than she has ever had before.

I found this brand at Whole Foods and it was only $28 or so, so I might go back and buy it there. If you have a Whole Foods store near you, they will have it in the detox section of the health and wellness section of the store.
