Dull stomach pain for day 9
I have dull stomach/back pain for day 9 now ...it's right near my navel and on the back lower right side ..I got diarrhea and stomach pain when it first started ..but now it's just dull pain always there ....I am not sick ,I can eat ..I feel fine except it's annoying ....I have infection build up behind my right ear lobe ...I am thinking a stomach infection ..can anyone else relate?

well I don't really know but the area you describe is your intestines, not your stomach. Just to let you know. could it be IBS?
