If you are saying you only have a bowel movement every two weeks then no it is not normal at all. Most individuals have a bm every day or every two days. I suggest you see a doctor. You could be suffering from IBS or other related conditions. Going only every two weeks could lead to fecal impact and should be attended to.
Additionally be sure you are eating large amounts of natural fiber each day and drinking plenty of water. Fiber will give your stool bulk and help it to be softer, water is needed to facilitate.
Please make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible.
You may be hypoglycemic, as constipation is one of the symptoms as well as being hungry after you eat if you don't eat correctly for this condition.
Ask your doctor to get your insulin levels checked out, and other tests.
Hi,You should have a BM at lest once a day and better yet 2 to 3 times a day. You should do a Colon Cleanse. I used Colonix which can be bought on the net. Look it up in a Gogle search and you will see how important it is.
Look for "Death begins in the Colon". A cleanse will be the best thing you've ever done for yourself. After that ,do it about twice a year. You will feel sooo much better! You won't believe it.
Hugs Shirley
