I have a question, problem whatever you want to call it. I have had lower left abdominal pain for quite some time. I have been through a CT scan, pelvic ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, etc...... all negative, no hernias, or anything. I have a pain that is burning almost like a muscle i nthis area. It was a heaviness but now it is this. I exercise regularly (treadmill) and it does not hurt while exercising. Has anyone ever experienced this? I would REALLY appreciate any help as this has been going on about 6 months off and on.

I don't really know what's going on but i thought i would post here as nooone has replied to you and maybe i can help.

It might be a strained muscle. I know it's stupid to say and so easy but it might be. The only other thing i can think of is a UTI or STD. But because you had scans it's highly unlikely. But i don't know.

Thank you for the reply. I am leaning towards muscle also, at least the burning part. If it was a hernia, tumor, etc...it would have shown up on my ct scan because i did it with the contrast. there were no loops, etc....thank you for your reply though. i really appreciate it!
