| Need Ways to Reduce Stress
I'm under a tremendous amount of stress - I can feel it taking a toll on my mental & physical health. Not to mention I'm a person who holds things inside and then bursts at the point of break. How can I deal from going nuts? I really allow things to bother me, i.e, being anxious about not being in a relationship, fighting with an overbearing mother, and just basically dealing with a slight physical handicap that involves tightening of the muscles when I get nervous/or have a panic attack. I'm really feeling the strain on all this and it has not made life easy....advice, please...
