I have been having lower right abdominal pain, and on my side and my back. The pain is never in the same place, but always at the worst its my abdominal area. It only occurs when I am up walking around and the worst is at work ( I stand and run around the whole time). When I start to hurt really bad I get feel like I need to vomit, and at work I usually do about 2 to 3 times in only a few hours. The pain will usually go away if I just lay down for a few hours and not do anything, but lately it has been hanging around for 2 days at the most. This is a problem I have had for about 4 years.

My mom said that she use to have pain on her right side that started when she was 13, and there are 4 other people in my family with the same problem, but they have been in and out of the dr's and hospitals with no answers. My mom's did go away, it helped when she got pregnat with me and went away when she had a full hysterectomy.

Ok so now for my million dollar work up:
I have had check: kidneys, ovaries, uteras, liver, colon.
GI dr said that it couldn't be my gallbadder. Don't really have anymore organs to look at.

All test come back normal except for my liver enzymes and I do have fat in my liver, but everyone tells me that my enzymes are not high enough to really worry about and to cause pain.

Just had lapacopic surgery to rule out endomiterosis and adhesions.

I have seen every specalist out there...
No one can help me so where do I go now? Any suggestions?
