| Re: Help putting on weight
I had the same problem for 20 yrs of my life. So first of all I'll give you the advice my doctor did assuming your healthy , "there is nothing wrong with you so enjoy being thin". This did help on some levels. That being said. I started to drink a protein shake that had high calories in it (not the high protein low cals). Start of slow because you don't want to substitute your reg eating with it. The more your stomach gets accustomed to the extra food then keep adding a little. Also you want to excercise. Just some light weights will do. I know that sounds like you'll lose weight, but you don't want the weight you gain to become fat. I gained 10 lbs. in two months, when I was never able to gain an ounce. Since I'm happy with that weight I stopped my shakes. Please don't go on pig outs. All it did for me was make me sick at my stomach so I couldn't eat for a few days.
