It's always reassuring to know there are others in the same position
I stepped on the scales this morning to discover I've lost a few of my hard earnt kilos that I put on >.< I don't smoke, so that's not an issue. I had my thyroid checked out earlier this year and that was all fine too.
"there is nothing wrong with you so enjoy being thin".
As nice as it is to know there's nothing "wrong" with me as such, it's still annoying when none of my clothes fit anymore and when shopping becomes a nightmare because everything looks big.
Plus when random people feel they have the right to comment on my lack of weight, that really annoys me.
I have been having protein shakes that I got specially from a health food shop but I've run out of the powder that I put in. It's just annoying and frustrating that if I have a few off days where I don't eat as much as I possibly can I loose the weight that takes me weeks to put on. My aim was to weigh 50kgs by Christmas but I'm back to 43kgs and christmas is 2 and a bit weeks away.
