cold or flu - General Health Message Board

I was just wondering, because my symptoms seem to be overlapping... I have a low grade temp, horrible body aches, non-productive cough, some sneezing, horrible headache...my nose isn't blocked up and I don't feel all sinus-y, but I've got wicked chills, I'm wearing three sweatshirts and 2 longsleeved shirts, double pants, a big blanket and I'm still cold. Also last night I was wearing the same thing and sweating really bad but was shivering with cold. I know the symptoms overlap, that's why I'm wondering which it is.

I also have a new symptom: I've been vomiting. All I ate today was a poptart and some gingerale and I ended up throwing up while I was driving, then dry heaving afterward. I cannot keep any fluids down nor can I take anything for my headache or cough and it really stinks.
