Wow, this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had these strange pains in my jaw and upper gum area and tongue! They feel like needles sticking me! Then the gum area feels really tender, like when you've brushed vigorously!
Since I had facial shingles back in July and that started with strange sensations on one side of my face, I get really anxious when this happens, wondering if I'm getting shingles again. Also, the heart palpitations are still with me but they aren't occuring when these facial pains are. Last night, we had a stressful night with a family member's young niece dying and we were at the hospital, and when I cried, the pain above my eye was so intense and I'd have to make myself stop crying! Can you believe these crazy symptoms?
Has anyone ever had anything like this before? I'm upper 60's and in relatively good health.
