| dull abdominal pain.....
Hello, I was wondering if someone could provide me some suggestions. I'm a 20 year old male and for about the last 3-4 weeks, I've been having a dull ache on the left side of my lower abdomen just to the right of my hip bone. The ache isnt painful, just kind of annoying. The thing that worries me is that it hasn't gone away. Then a couple days ago I started comparing the left side of my lower abdomen (where the dull ache is) to the right side. I noticed that the left side is more firm, almost like a small firm mass. Its not something you can notice by just looking (like a lump) , only by feeling I could see that its a harder/firmer then the right side. Should I be concerned? I did recently get over a bad case of mono, but that was about 6 weeks ago.
