| Re: Frozen Shoulder!!
You may only have an impingment of the shoulder instead of it being frozen. From what I hear, if it is frozen you cannot move your arm away from your body, reach up etc.
I have impingment and still can move arm most directions, not comfortable, but can still move. Orthopedic doctor told me last week to do exercises to prevent the shoulders from actually freezing. Once frozen, it is not good news. He said to keep moving the arms, keeping the movement fluid and not locked up.
Check out exercises for strengthening the rotator cuffs.
