Hey guys. My girlfriend was diagnosed with an Osteocondrite of the left Condyle. She has had multiple dislocations of the mandible joint (disk dislocations). Her doctor wants to do a Arthrocentisis to flush the joint and then if the problem can be fixed she will have to use a dental applicance. He wasnt very forthcoming about the chances of treatment and what the appliance would be like, how it would work, etc. Anyone have any experience/advice?
