Right arm pain

Lately I have been getting this pain in my right arm.I think it has something to do with a muscle. It is halfway between the shoulder and the elbow on the front of the arm.It is one spot which I can rub and the pain will go away.It gets worse when it gets cold.If it wakes me in the middle of the night,I cover my shoulder and get it warm and it will go away.Does this sound like I have injured or strained a muscle?
