Sudden Loss of mobility in big toe. it clenched down

I have one foot which is visibly larger and bigger than the other. I also have webby feet and toes. Kind of like people with marfans syndrome. Same thing with my hands and arms. As for my toes, the big toe, i've never been able to fully bend my toes. Guess there's a missing link in my brain. Anyways, that's how i look.

and i've always felt that in my bigger foot , i often get foot falling asleep. But today i felt really weird and scary symptom. i tried to bend my toes alittle.. and when i did , the big toe felt like it clinched down by itself and i couldnt move it. i couldn't control it , and i was panicking. it was so scary but i finally it got better.
Yet that foot especially the toe area.. feels like weak always.that's why i always try to keep my toes wiggling.. to feel like i have more circulation. However, what happened today.. is very weird.

So could this be bad circulation or bad nerve conduction .. or maybe it's just because this foot is bigger so nerves inside get more squeezed than with the other foot and don't get as much blood flow? or could it be tursel tunnel syndrome?

What can i do? I don't want it to happen again.
