Lifted to much?

Well i was wieght lifting....and i was doing alot of wieght and i noticed that something popped in my head. It was top left of my eye/forhead. Ever since i've been light headed/sleepy/dizzy. I'm also recovering from lyme disease so some could be the lyme. But ive also had a headache. Nothings swollen or anything. Do i just need to take it easy a few days? What could it be?

Re: Lifted to much?

I'd advise take it easy for a few days. I work out regularly as well and although I have never had that happen I would definitely take it easy. If it doesn't cease and decrease by mid week see your doctor. Maybe you also weren't recovered enough from Lyme yet and that would be true if it persists. If you feel better I'd say you probably just lifted to much. Remeber always to breath while pushing up or pulling to. Very important to try to maintain regular breathing pattterns during your reps of your respective exercises.
