Hi Sorry not sure what the pain is but if it is making you lose your breath I think you should pick up the phone and speak to someone at your doctors surgery. Especially if you have not done anything strenuous the last couple of days. Better safe than sorry! (if nothing else it will put your mind at rest, it's obviously bothering you enough to write here)
