I had an ear clog from ear wax and now it feels kind of better, ,but i still feel a bit clogged and now i have a never ending hiss.

I used to have tinnitus already but my tinnitus was the kind that i only got ringing for a few seconds then it would go away...this would happen a 1 or more times a day but starting with this ear wax clog this time..i got a never ending hiss. it's been 2 days now.

Is this permanent?

Or could it be because i may stll have ear wax stuck even though i dont' feel it that much.

and is it a good idea to use an Ear wax removal kit although now i almost don't feel clogged. and i already have the hissing
