| Ankle Clicking
Hi, I've put this in this section because its not really relevent elsewhere.
Could somebody help me please the last couple of days my left ankle has been 'clicking' everytime i move it up, down or to the side. There isn't any pain as such just a discomfort if I repeatedly do this and although it sound silly I feel alot of heat from it.
I haven't done anything to strain it like running or anything although I did trip down some stairs last week but the problem wasn't obvious until quite a few days afterwards.
If it helps i'm otherwise healthy and am only in my twenties.
Is this worth going to the GP for? or will it eventually sort out?
