Exclamation Is my nose still bleeding?

I had a nosebleed for the first time in years today, and it was pretty massive. I got the bleeding to stop, but ever since I stopped it, I've felt a post-nasal drip. I think that's the right name for it - I've had this feeling of something running down my throat. I don't know if this means my nose is still bleeding and just draining into my throat or if it's just plain mucus. For the record, I'm not coughing up any blood or feeling light-headed.

I also notice that I was coughing up phlegm before the nosebleed, and now I'm not. I know it probably sounds like a silly question, but knowing anything - mucus or blood - is draining into my throat kind of makes me feel ill.

Does it sound like I should be concerned?
